Our customer service team responds to emails daily, usually within 24 hours. Some questions are more common than others and to help you receive an answer even more quickly, we’ve list the top questions and their answers below. Restafy is an online service. You need a computer with Internet access to use our service and to view your Sleep Profile. Throughout our website, we provide detailed information regarding the Sleep Profile process and what you can expect or may experience from our service. Please review this information prior to purchasing. Your placement of an order from Restafy constitutes your acceptance of our Terms of Service and your agreement that the policies below apply to your order.

Standard Refund Policy

In order to receive a refund for our service, you must notify us within sixty (60) days of placing your order in Restafy’s online store that you request a refund and confirm that you have not yet started the Sleep Assessment in your dashboard.

  • If you want to request a refund on your entire order, complete our online form.
  • If you placed a multiple Sleep Profile order and are interested in refunding only part of it, contact Customer Care.

Restafy Online Store

Following notification to Restafy of your request for refund for an online order, once we have confirmed that you have not started the Sleep Assessment within the sixty (60) day window, we will refund the balance of the total purchase price. We will not issue a refund if (i) you request a refund more than sixty (60) days after your order was placed or (ii) you started the Sleep Assessment in your dashboard prior to your request for refund.

Refund Processing

  • Any refunds provided under this policy will be issued to the same credit card(s) used for the purchase and will be processed within 21 business days of confirmation by our Customer Care team that the conditions of the refund have been met. At the time your refund is requested and we confirm that your Sleep Assessment has not already been started, we will invalidate your purchase.
  • If a purchase of 2 or more Sleep Profiles is what qualifies your order for a discount and you request a refund on part of the order or if a set of sleep data fails analysis twice, the discounted Sleep Profile price will be refunded first.
  • If you want to request a refund on your entire order, complete our online form.
  • If you placed a multiple Sleep Profiles order and are interested in refunding only part of it, contact Customer Care.

We use Amazon and PayPal, allowing customers to choose from a range of different payment choices (e.g. credit card, debit card, existing PayPal balance) while providing very high levels of security.

We currently accept US$ as our service is only available in the United States.

Can I use my HSA/FSA account to pay for a Sleep Test?2018-10-31T10:12:28+00:00

We do not accept HSA/FSA payments at this time. However, Restafy’s Sleep Profiles and home sleep tests are typically priced lower than out-of-pocket costs associated with such visits.

We do accept all major credit cards, Amazon, and Paypal for payment.

Do most health insurance companies cover these Sleep Tests?2018-10-31T10:10:24+00:00

Restafy’s Sleep Assessments and Home Sleep Tests are cash payment only pricing is typically lower than the out-of-pocket costs associated with such visits. Plus, our at-home sleep screenings and tests do not require an office visit – do it all online!

We do not accept health insurance as payment and have not contracted with any insurance companies at this time. You can inquire directly with your insurance company to inquire about filing for reimbursement.

Yes.

Essential – Provides sleep insights and recommendations from your Sleep Assessment answers using algorithmic data analysis for over 30 types of sleep conditions.

Basic – Everything in Essential plus a Home Sleep Test.

Plus – Everything in Essential plus a video consultation with a Board Certified Sleep Physician.

A prescription is not required to order a home sleep test with our Sleep Profile Basic or Plus packages.

Yes – our purchasing and Sleep Profile processes are separate to allow this to happen.

When you purchase the Sleep Profile, be sure to enter their information instead of yours before adding it to your shopping cart. We’ll send them a welcome email and contact them to make delivery arrangements.

What kinds of Sleep Apnea products require a prescription?2018-05-22T09:15:25+00:00

You need a prescription to purchase flow generators (CPAP, APAP, or BPAP machines), oxygen concentrators, positional sleep apnea devices, humidifiers, and masks. Our telemedicine Board Certified Sleep Physicians can assist you with a prescription for sleep apnea if one is indicated by your Sleep Profile Plus.

How long will it take for my kit to arrive after I’ve placed my order?2018-03-21T13:04:35+00:00

Your package should arrive within 2 – 3 working days, and it’s often quicker than that.  Please contact us (via customercare@restafy.com) if you’ve been waiting longer than that.

How can I obtain a prescription?2018-05-16T15:30:23+00:00

Our telemedicine Board Certified Sleep Physicians can assist you with a CPAP prescription for sleep apnea if one is indicated by your Sleep Profile Plus. Simply schedule an online consultation. You can also obtain a prescription from an approved health care provider.

Prescriptions can be written by any of the following providers:

Medical Doctor (M.D.)
Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O.)
Physician Assistant (P.A. with supervising M.D. or D.O.)
Nurse Practitioner (N.P.)
Naturopathic Physicians (N.D.)
Dentist (D.D.S. or D.M.D.) including oral surgeons and orthodontists

If you require a prescription for any other condition, you will be referred to a local physician for management of your sleep problem(s).

How do I return my Home Sleep Test Kit to you?2018-02-15T16:10:40+00:00

Your Home Sleep Test Kit should be returned to us using the original mailing box and prepaid postage label. Simply place the sealed box in a US Mail post box and it will be sent to our facilities. You will receive an email from us once your sample has reached us.

How long will I need to wait before my results are ready?2018-10-31T10:15:18+00:00

It typically takes 3 – 5 business days from when we receive your Home Sleep Test Kit back before your results are available if your Sleep Assessment is 100% complete.

From time to time, the data may need extra processing which can delay the results by approximately a week.  We will contact you via email if there is expected to be a delay.

Which sleep disorders do you assess?2018-04-03T16:28:15+00:00

We assess all sleep disorders including insomnia, sleep-related breathing disorders, hypersomnolence, circadian rhythm disorders, parasomnias, sleep-related movement disorders, sleep hygiene issues, and lifestyle issues. This includes restless legs syndrome, periodic limb movement disorder, and REM sleep behavior disorder. Some disorders require additional testing using an overnight, in-lab sleep test in order to provide a complete diagnosis.

We deliver your results and recommendations via your secure online Sleep Dashboard.  This allows us to deliver them to you more quickly and provide updates (free of charge) as the scientific understanding of sleep advances through new research.

  1. Please login to https://www.restafy.com/my-account/.
  2. Click on “Your Results”.
  3. Click on the “Your Insights” or “Action Steps” tabs as appropriate.
Can I print my Sleep Profile?2018-05-04T07:55:36+00:00

You can print or create a PDF version of your Sleep Profile Dashboard by pressing Ctrl + P or using your browser’s main menu to select print.

If you purchased a Sleep Profile Plus that includes the Board Certified Sleep Physician reviewed Home Sleep Test, you will need to print the final Home Sleep Test report using the dashboard link separately.

Can Restafy help me obtain medical leave or disability, or fill out medical forms?2018-04-03T16:30:19+00:00

We do not provide these types of support services. You will need to have an in-person evaluation with your health care provider for these needs. You may, however, use medical records from Restafy, LLC to support your claim.

My Results still aren’t ready, and the date is past the estimated date I was given.2018-10-31T10:13:19+00:00

Nearly all of our clients receive their results before or on the estimated date we provide.  If for some reason it is unlikely that your results will be ready by this date, we will contact you via email.

The main reasons that results are delayed are:

  • You haven’t completed the Sleep Assessment. These include the online Sleep Assessment and those included in the Home Sleep Test Kit. Please log into your dashboard and do this right away.
  • The data from your Home Sleep Test Kit needed additional processing.  This is completed free of charge.
  • The data resulted in either no valid results or a significant quantity of data is missing.  This typically means we need a new data set and we will contact you via email.

Please check your spam / junk email folder as you might find our emails have been incorrectly identified as spam, and we recommend you add @restafy.com to your safe sender’s list so you receive our emails in the future.

Select ‘Junk E-mail Options’ from the menu options. Click on the ‘Safe Senders’ tab. Click the ‘Add’ button. Type ‘@restafy.com’ in the box. Click the ‘OK’ button to close the small window. We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa®, MasterCard®, Discover® and American Express®. We also accept PayPal and Amazon Pay. Charges will appear on your statement as “Restafy” if you pay directly by credit card, or as “PAYPAL *Restafy” if you pay using PayPal.

We do not accept insurance at this time.

I’ve not heard anything from Restafy since I sent off my Home Sleep Test Kit / I’ve not received any emails from Restafy.2018-05-04T08:01:06+00:00

We like to keep you informed all the way through our analysis and results process, and when new scientific research is released that we think you would be interested in hearing about. For example, we will send you an email when we receive your Home Sleep Test Kit and when your results are ready.

If you purchased a Sleep Profile Plus, a consultation with a Board Certified Sleep Physician is included. Simply call us to schedule your appointment.

Essential and Basic profile customers will receive information about purchasing a consultation with a Board Certified Sleep Physician on their dashboard.

We also recommend that you share your Sleep Profile with your primary care physician.
