  2. Tell us about your sleep. The first step is to answer a variety of questions about your sleep and lifestyle. Once your purchase is complete, you can start the assessment right away – the link’s on your receipt page! It takes approximately 45 minutes to provide us with information about your sleep and sleep concerns. If you have a sleep partner, we’ll send them questions too so we get the whole picture of your sleep.
  3. Get actionable insights. In approximately 1-2 business days, we will send you an email to let you know your Sleep Profile is ready on your dashboard. Log in and start discovering what your sleep data says about your sleep wellness.
